I work in land and commercial real estate with a focus on development deals and investment opportunities across the Treasure Coast.

My background is in construction, which gives me a different perspective on property. I look at deals based on what can actually be built, what it will cost, and whether the numbers make sense — not just what’s being marketed.

A large part of my work is with builders, developers, and investors. That includes underwriting sites, working through zoning and density, and structuring deals so they actually get to closing.

On the sell side, I help landowners understand what their property is really worth and how to position it to attract the right buyers. On the buy side, I focus on identifying opportunities and avoiding deals that don’t pencil.

I keep things straightforward and treat every deal like it’s my own.
